Beacon at Glisan Landing
Located in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland, on a site originally purchased by Metro, Glisan Landing is 137 units of affordable family and permanent supportive housing across two buildings. A public-private partnership with Related Northwest, Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), Metro and Catholic Charities of Oregon, Glisan Landing provides affordable and supportive housing for low-income households with a range of incomes from 30% to 60% Area Median Income (AMI) with onsite amenities, resident services and employment opportunities.

Alder 9
In partnership with Centro Cultural, Alder 9 will be a 159-unit community for low-income seniors and intergenerational families at 30% and 60% Area Median Income. Located in the heart of Central Eastside Portland, twenty-five units will be set aside for Permanent Supportive Housing to serve those who are houseless or at-risk of houselessness.
Hillside Park
Related Northwest, in partnership with the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC), will redevelop a 7.5-acre portion of Hillside Park, an existing 13.7-acre public housing project constructed in the 1940s. The aging site is being redeveloped and expanded into a walkable, amenity-rich community.

Related Northwest and Central City Concern mark the groundbreaking of their second affordable development, Crescent Court Apartments
To acknowledge the groundbreaking of Crescent Court Apartments, Related Northwest and its development partners joined forces with the Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization’s (IRCO) Mill Park Food Pantry to provide groceries for neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

Development partners stage donation drive for Community Transitional School
Community partnership is central to Related’s development activities across the state. In lieu of a traditional groundbreaking at Cathedral Village Apartments, Related Northwest donated school supplies and cash resources to the Community Transitional School. Located in North Portland, the school provides a safe haven, education, meals, stability and friendship for students experiencing houselessness.
