Located on 5.12 acres in the master planned community of Great Park Neighborhoods, Montaira is the third affordable senior community developed in collaboration by FivePoint, Riverside Charitable Corporation and Related California.


Casala is the first new component of the Sunnydale Hope SF Master Plan. The ​​​Sunnydale HOPE SF Master Plan calls for 785 units of replacement housing plus an additional 900 units of tax-credit affordable and market rate apartments located on the 50-acre site of San Francisco's largest public housing project.


Located on a 1.95-acre empty parking lot on the Eastern border of the City of Fountain Valley, Prado is a 50-unit affordable development for extremely low and very low-income families.  Eight units have been designated as permanent supportive housing (PSH) units for veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The Curve at West Angeles

Located on a .52-acre site along Los Angeles' historic Crenshaw Corridor and adjacent to a METRO rail line, The Curve at West Angeles is an affordable, mixed-use, transit-oriented development with 70 apartments for low and very low-income seniors with over 2,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail.
