A partnership with Foundation for Affordable Housing and the City of Fullerton, Citrea is an affordable, transit-oriented development with 55 apartments for low-income families located on a one-acre site in the historical downtown Fullerton.

Located on a .52 acre site in the Park Mesa Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, The Curve at West Angeles is an affordable, mixed-use development with 70 apartments for low- and very low-income seniors with over 2,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail.
