Related California has formed a joint venture with McCourt Partners to develop 530 Sansome, a Class AA office-hotel tower with 390,000 square feet of modern, view-oriented office space and a five-star luxury hotel at the intersection of San Francisco’s Jackson Square and Financial District.
The Sunnydale HOPE SF redevelopment in San Francisco, led by Related California and Mercy Housing, replaced aging public housing with new mixed-income buildings Amani and Nia, adding 170 affordable units while prioritizing existing residents.
This affordable development will increase transit ridership, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ease the region’s housing shortage, and by utilizing factory-built units, construction time will be cut by more than 25%.
