Located on a 2.88-acre parcel in the heart of the Metzger neighborhood in the Washington Square District, Terrace Glen Apartments is an affordable, intergenerational development with 144 apartments for low and very low-income families and seniors (30%-60% AMI.) Three units have been designated as Permanent Support Housing (PSH) for houseless youth between 18 and 24 years of age.

The development is comprised of two, 4-story buildings formed around an inner courtyard that create a central communal area with playground and barbeque area. Surrounding the courtyard are the common area amenities, including a community room with kitchen, teen lounge, art and craft space, shared laundry, and parking for cars and bicycles. Terrace Glen Apartments is conveniently located near public transportation, a wide array of retail and restaurants, and healthcare services.

Terrace Glen Apartments is a public-private partnership with Related Northwest and the Housing Authority of Washington County. EngAGE, a local nonprofit, provides after-school programming for children and intergenerational services for youth and senior residents. The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) provides cross-cultural and translation services, and HomePlate provides services for the three permanent supportive housing units.
