Related California introduces Mason on Mariposa in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill

Delivering a fresh take on urban-meets-neighborhood living, Mason on Mariposa begins leasing its collection of luxury residences in Potrero Hill, one of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Bay Area-based David Baker Architects is the lead design architect, responsible for two of the three distinct mid-rise apartment buildings for Mason on Mariposa, and BAR Architects collaborated on the third residential building. The landscape, designed by David Fletcher of San Francisco-based Fletcher Studios, includes approximately 80 specimens of mature and native plants and was inspired by the site’s natural origin of springs and creeks. Fletcher’s vision for a lush paseo⁠—Mariposa Mews⁠— serves as a central connection to neighborhood establishments for dining, shopping and entertainment.
