Triada at the Station consists of four housing developments, totaling 138 units. Phase two is comprised of Triada Gardens and Triada Village. Triada Gardens is 25, family townhomes for low and very low-income families, and Triada Village is the historic rehab of 15, existing residential structures. Amenities include a common courtyard, open spaces, tot lot, barbecue areas, and an onsite property management and social services space with multipurpose room and computer lab.

Triada at the Station represents a $56.2 million investment in education, health, sustainability and housing in a historically underserved neighborhood.
