Triada at the Station is the transit-oriented, mixed-income housing component of the Santa Ana Station District Revitalization Program, a successful public-private partnership to plan, redevelop and revitalize key parcels of vacant and underutilized properties owned by the City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Unified School District.

Triada at the Station consists of four housing developments totaling 138 units. Completed in May 2013, Triada Court, Triada Gardens and Triada Village consist of 114 affordable apartments for low- and very-low income families. Triada Court is a 74-unit, two-story townhome development with 3,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space, including a 1,700-square-foot childcare facility and 1,500 square feet of community gathering space, along with a public art project by well-known artist Jules Rochielle.

Triada Gardens is a development of 25 two-story townhomes and Triada Village is the historic rehabilitation of 15 existing residential structures. The final component of Triada at the Station is for-sale housing. Triada at the Station is a $56.2 million investment in education, health, sustainability and housing in a historically underserved neighborhood.
