Located in Fontana, Paseo Verde is a master planned community of 142 affordable family apartments that revitalized formerly blighted and underutilized city-owned property. A public-private partnership with the Fontana Housing Authority, Paseo Verde was developed in three phases, each with its own community laundry facilities and open space play areas for children. On-site amenities include a community center, fitness room, outdoor pool and barbecues, plus an on-site learning center with classroom and computer lab that hosts after school programs and adult educational classes.
