Located on Oregon’s coast in the town of Seaside on a two-acre parcel of land donated by Clatsop County, Pacifca is a visionary effort to transform surplus public land into housing with integrated social services.  A public-private partnership between Related Northwest, Centro Cultural and the City of Seaside, Pacifica will be a 69-unit affordable workforce housing development for households with incomes at 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Pacifica will consist of three, three-story walk-up buildings with studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Each three-bedroom apartment will be furnished with a washer and dryer.

Resident amenities will include a community building complete with a community room and community kitchen for residents to gather, offices for leasing, property management and resident services, a tot lot, covered patio with barbecue and picnic area, raised garden beds for residents to grow their own vegetables, laundry facilities, bicycle parking and 78 off-street parking spaces.

On-site resident services will be provided by Clatsop Community Action and include after-school programming.
