​Luminaira is the first 100% affordable family community located in Irvine's Great Park Neighborhoods and the second affordable community to be developed by FivePoint, Related and Riverside Charitable. Luminaira consists of 82 affordable apartments for low-income families on 5.35 acres along with a 4,000-square-foot leasing and social services center, complete with kitchen, media room, computer center, mailroom and play area. Other amenities include pool, barbecue and picnic pavilion and dog run. On-site services are provided by LifeSteps and include after school programs and educational classes.
