Fillmore Marketplace is a 120-unit affordable development for low- and very low-income families and was the last affordable housing site in San Francisco’s Western Addition Redevelopment Area. The site includes three-bedroom townhomes fronting the street with the remaining one- and two-bedroom apartments located in a seven-story building. On-site amenities include a childcare center.
