Located on a .52-acre site along Los Angeles' historic Crenshaw Corridor and adjacent to a METRO rail line, The Curve at West Angeles is an affordable, mixed-use, transit-oriented development with 70 apartments for low and very low-income seniors with over 2,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail.  The development is comprised of studio and one-bedroom apartments with a resident lobby, rooftop terrace, outdoor central courtyard, gated reserved parking, shared laundry facilities, bike lockers and a bicycle repair room.

The development is an integral piece of the Crenshaw Corridor revitalization and a joint venture partnership with West Angeles Community Development Corporation that is providing onsite social services for the residents.
