Located on a 1.12-acre site in Downtown Los Angeles, 600 San Pedro is 302 units of permanent supportive housing (PSH), the largest development of its kind in Los Angeles.

The 17-story high-rise includes 298 permanent supportive housing units, four manager units, 2,800 square feet of community-serving retail, and 30,300 square feet of open space. The thoughtfully-designed community amenities consist of a career center, library, fitness area and laundry rooms. There is a separate 4-story parking structure with 212 parking stalls and 172 bicycle parking spaces with retail on the ground level. The parking structure’s rooftop offers an array of amenities and a versatile space for community events, gatherings and more, including a courtyard, barbecue area, and community garden.

600 San Pedro is a public-private partnership with the Weingart Center Association that provides high-quality services to the residents, equipping them with the tools necessary to continue to stabilize their lives after experiencing homelessness.  The services include individualized on-site case management, mental and physical health care, substance use services, employment and job training assistance, education support, and more.
