As Executive Vice President of Development for Related California, Mr. Oh leads the execution of some of California’s most complex and transformative mixed-use developments. Over his 18-year tenure with Related, he has directed the development of more than $1.5 billion in completed developments and more than $3 billion currently in pre-development, overseeing every phase from acquisition and entitlements to financing, design, construction, marketing, sales and leasing.
Mr. Oh is currently overseeing Related Bristol, a $3 billion master-planned community adjacent to South Coast Plaza in Orange County. This landmark development is envisioned to include 3,750 residences, 350,000 square feet of retail, a 250-key hotel, and 200 senior assisted-living units. He recently oversaw the financing and delivery of The Grand LA, a $1 billion mixed-use destination featuring 176,000 square feet of retail, a 305-key Conrad hotel, and a 45-story residential tower with 436 residences.
Mr. Oh holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
