As Project Manager for Related California Affordable, Ms. Cuyno is responsible for the management of all aspects of the development process, from design and financial feasibility through construction completion and stabilization, for over 150 affordable units located throughout Southern California.
Ms. Cuyno comes to Related with more than ten years of development experience with a strong focus on affordable housing. Prior to joining Related, as a Project Manager for the Irvine Company, she managed the design, permitting, construction and budgeting of major renovations across the company’s Orange County and San Diego apartment communities. During her tenure at Linc Housing and BRIDGE Housing, she oversaw all phases of development, from site acquisition through construction and lease-up, successfully securing more than $1 billion in federal, state and local funding for affordable developments across California.
Ms. Cuyno holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Long Beach. She is a graduate of the LISC Advanced Housing Development Training Institute.
