As Vice President of Construction for Related California, Mr. O’ Connor is responsible for all pre-construction and construction activities for Tasman East, a mixed-use, mixed-income development with 509 residential units and 35,000 square feet of retail, located in Santa Clara. Mr. O’Connor brings to Related more than 20 years of experience with all types of complex, mixed-use residential construction developments throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Since joining Related in 2016, Mr. O’Connor was directly responsible for the construction activities of Argyle House, an 18-story, 114-unit, LEED Silver luxury residential tower in Hollywood, and Mason on Mariposa, a 299-unit, mixed-use, mixed-income development in Potrero Hill.
Prior to joining Related, he was a project engineer for Bernards in Los Angeles, where he oversaw the construction of Olive DTLA, a 293-unit multifamily development located in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. O’Connor studied Construction Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
