As Senior Vice President of Development for Related California, Mr. Keipper is responsible for leading all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, entitlements, finance, design, construction, marketing, and sales and leasing for numerous mixed-income and mixed-use developments located in Northern California. Over his more than 12-year tenure with Related, he has directed the development of more than $1.4 billion in completed developments and over $1.1 billion currently in pre-development.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Keipper held the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Pacific Medical Buildings and Acquisitions Analyst for the Bascom Group.
Mr. Keipper holds a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
