As Project Coordinator for Related California Affordable, Ms. Stokesbary is responsible for supporting Northern California’s project management team in all aspects of the design, financing, and construction of more than 1,175 affordable units throughout Northern California.
Since joining Related California in 2021, Ms. Stokesbary has analyzed over 20 parcels of land to determine project feasibility and eligibility for Low Income Housing Tax Credits and coordinated the annual reporting for pre-development cash flow workbooks and developer fee worksheets. Prior to Related, Ms. Stokesbary was Senior Operations Supervisor for UC Berkeley Event Services where she supervised more than 50 employees spanning six teams while facilitating the transition to remote work.
Ms. Stokesbary holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and is a California Notary Public.
