As Development Associate for Related California, Ms. Rose is responsible for supporting all aspects of the development process, including acquisitions, underwriting, financing, entitlements, design, construction, and asset management of Related’s market rate, mixed-income and mixed-use developments. Her current focus is 530 Sansome, a mixed-used development with 344,000 square feet of office space and a 200-key hotel in San Francisco, along with the pursuit of new San Francisco Bay Area developments.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Rose was a Strategy Lead at Compass where she focused on improving brokerage operations, modeled new revenue streams and led strategic initiatives for its executive team. As a Senior Associate at KPMG Strategy, she led integration program management and financial diligence across more than $44 billion of financial services mergers and acquisitions for corporate and private equity clients.
Ms. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Urban Land Institute and CREDA, formerly known as NAIOP.
