As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Related Sales and Leasing, Mrs. Doherty oversees the marketing of all market rate condominiums and rental developments in California, including The Century, The Seychelle, The Waverly, The Emerson, and Argyle House in Los Angeles, and The Avery, Mason on Mariposa, and Fifteen Fifty in San Francisco. Mrs. Doherty has developed and implemented branding and marketing programs for a wide range of luxury condominium developments and mixed-use rental communities resulting in more than $600 million in sales. She is responsible for strategic planning and positioning, product development, marketing and public relations strategy, budget management, cultivating innovative partnerships, and ongoing sales and leasing strategies.
Prior to joining Related in 2008, Ms. Pickett Doherty was project manager at The Marketing Directors, Inc. where she managed the marketing for more than twelve developments, and was named one of New York City's Real Estate Weekly's Residential Rising Stars. Ms. Pickett Doherty holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and is a California licensed realtor.
