As Senior Project Manager for Related California, Ms. Ing-aram is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process, from inception through completion, of more than 400 affordable housing units located in the County of Los Angeles, including the redevelopment and expansion of 185 affordable units at the Rose Hill Courts public housing complex in northeast Los Angeles, 44 affordable units in Alhambra and 108 affordable units in Echo Park.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Ing-aram was an Associate Project Manager for Meta Housing Corporation where she managed all aspects of Meta’s project development, including request for proposal feedback and explanation, entitlements, structuring and securing funding applications, construction phase monitoring, permanent loan closing, and more. She has been involved with the development of more than 1,000 affordable housing units in various development phases, and as a Project Coordinator in the Asset Management unit of the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), she led the transition of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles’ (CRA) housing assets to LAHD. This included more than 800 loans, 60 parcels of real estate, and 23,000 affordable housing units.
Ms. Ing-aram holds a Master in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
