As Project Manager for Related California, Ms. Hamwey is responsible for all aspects of project management, including the acquisition, design, financing, and construction of Related’s market rate, mixed-income and mixed-use developments. Her current focus is on the entitlement and approval of 900 residential units in Santa Clara, and the construction of a 167-unit, luxury apartment community in Santa Rosa.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Hamwey was a Development Associate for the Hanover Company and an Analyst for Wells Fargo Bank’s CRE Group. At Hanover, she was involved with the pre-development and entitlement processes for over 2,000 residential units located across the Bay Area. Ms. Hamwey's experience at Wells Fargo expanded across all aspects of the underwriting process for office, multifamily, industrial and retail assets located throughout the Western United States, including the collaboration of a $1 billion banking relationship.
Ms. Hamwey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.
