As Development Associate for Related California Affordable, Mr. Kuhn supports all aspects of the development process, including the design, financing, and construction of more than 500 affordable units located throughout Northern California.
Mr. Kuhn comes to Related with strategy and finance experience. At Terner Labs, he led financial activities and developed a comprehensive fundraising strategy, advancing the organization’s inaugural impact investment fund. As an Engineer in the biotechnology sector, Mr. Kuhn guided cross-functional teams to redesign procurement strategies, drive higher production yields of instruments and devices and streamline product delivery to surgeons and patients in diabetic care and spine spaces.
Mr. Kuhn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
