As Senior Vice President of Development for Related California, Mr. Northridge leads and manages all aspects of development, including the design, financing and construction of Related's affordable residential developments in Northern and Southern California. Since joining Related in 2005, he has successfully managed the development of more than 1,700 family and senior tax credit-financed units, and secured over $600 million in financing. Prior to joining Related in 2005, Mr. Northridge held various positions in the Economic Development Department of the City of Westminster where he assisted with various aspects of the City’s economic development strategy, including DDA negotiations, project entitlements, citywide business attraction and retention, and real estate transactions and land acquisition for specific development projects. Mr. Northridge holds a bachelor's degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
