As Project Coordinator for Related California Affordable, Ms. Nejad is responsible for supporting Southern California’s project management team in all aspects of the design, financing and construction of more than 350 affordable units located throughout Southern California.
Ms. Nejad comes to Related with a background in development and compliance along with a passionate commitment to advance housing equity and advocate for policies that ensure safe, stable and affordable housing for all. Prior to joining Related, Ms. Nejad was a Development Consultant at Related Companies in New York where she was responsible for assisting with affordable housing finance applications and the planning associated with public funding requirements. As a Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, she managed regulatory applications.
Ms. Nejad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
