As Project Manager for Related California, Ms. Creech is responsible for assisting in all aspects of project management, including the acquisition, design, financing, and construction of Related’s market rate, mixed-income and mixed-use developments. Her current focus is on a mixed-use development in Orange County with 3,000 residential units, including luxury senior apartments, a luxury hotel and 250,000 square feet of retail. She brings more than 10 years of architecture and project management experience to Related.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Creech was a Development Director for Urban Offerings where she played an integral role in the underwriting, acquisition, and development of over 500,000 square feet of creative office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. As an Associate and Project Architect at Steinberg Hart, she managed the design, coordination and permitting of a 120-key, luxury boutique hotel in Hollywood, and supported the entitlements of a 590,000 square foot mixed-use, high rise in downtown Los Angeles.
Ms. Creech holds a Master of Real Estate Development and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed architect in California and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
