The Sunnydale HOPE SF redevelopment in San Francisco, led by Related California and Mercy Housing, replaced aging public housing with new mixed-income buildings Amani and Nia, adding 170 affordable units while prioritizing existing residents.
This affordable development will increase transit ridership, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ease the region’s housing shortage, and by utilizing factory-built units, construction time will be cut by more than 25%.
