Located on 4.36 acres in Fontana, Rosena Fountains is a 69-unit affordable apartment community for low- and very low-income families. In partnership with LaBarge Industries, Housing Partners I and Fontana Housing Authority, Rosena Fountains is Related's eighth affordable development in Fontana.

The development consists of forty-eight two-bedroom units and twenty-one three-bedroom units located in six residential buildings. There is 3,915 square feet of community space accommodating leasing and management offices, on-site social services offices, a computer room, computer lab and multipurpose room. Other amenities include a swimming pool, barbecue area, two central laundry rooms, two tot lots and gated resident parking. On-site services are provided by LifeSTEPS and include after school programs for children, educational classes for adults and social activities for the residents.
