A public-private partnership with Related California and National Community Renaissance of California, Three Oaks is a 30-unit affordable family apartment development located in the City of Santa Clarita on a 1.6-acre site, formerly a city-owned parking lot. The development includes two- and three-bedroom apartments—each with an enclosed patio or balcony—a 1,600-square-foot community center with management offices, flex room, computer area, tot lot, storage lockers, bike racks and a picnic/barbecue area. All residents have access to free high-speed Internet. The development was built to Build It Green Multifamily guidelines and Hope Through Housing Foundation provides on-site social services.
