​​​Built in 1993 on a one-acre commercial site ten minutes south of downtown San Jose, Hillview Glen is the first affordable residential development for low-income families financed by the City of San Jose Department of Housing. The 138-unit development includes an open site plan with a fitness center, multipurpose room, and a separate child care center.
