SAN FRANCISCO – Related California announced today that SPACES, a Netherlands-based leader in co-working, has selected The Paramount, located at 680 Mission Street, as the company expands to the West Coast. Related was exclusively represented by Mark Geisreiter and Conor Famuleuer at CBRE, while SPACES was represented by Tom Poser of Jones Lang LaSalle.

SPACES will occupy the ground and second-floor levels, offering its clients a bird’s eye view of San Francisco’s bustling South of Market neighborhood – the global headquarters of some of the biggest names in technology. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
